At Drub Sports, we want you to love what you receive. But if something's not quite right, here’s how we handle it:
If your item arrives with a defect, a misprint, or damage, you have 30 days from the date it was received to let us know. We’ll take care of it at no cost to you if the issue was on our end.
If your order goes missing in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to make things right.
If something seems off with your order, let us know right away by submitting a problem report. We're here to help!
Returns are automatically sent to our production partner’s facility. When a return is received, you’ll get an email.
If the return isn’t claimed within 30 days, it gets donated to charity.
If you’ve used a different return address, you’re responsible for handling any returns that come your way.
If an address was entered incorrectly and the courier can’t deliver it, the order will be returned to our partner’s facility. You’ll need to cover reshipping once we confirm a correct address with you.
If a package isn’t picked up or delivered and comes back to us, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. In that case, you may return your product within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with a photo of the item. If it’s been used or damaged, we can’t offer a refund.
If you decide to offer returns or exchanges to your customers, that will be at your own expense, and a new order would need to be placed for the correct size or item.
